1. Commitment to your satisfaction
At Zytek LLC we bet on long-term relationships. If our services do not give you the results you expect, we want to know and resolve it. This policy details when and how we process refunds.
2. Marketing Services
2.1 Recurring monthly services (Social Media / Ads / Integrated Marketing)
- Cancellation with notice (30 days): the service ends at the close of the current month. There is no refund for months already completed.
- Immediate cancellation: pro-rated refund for unused days of the current month, minus work already delivered.
- Defective or undelivered service: full refund of the month in question.
2.2 One-time projects (Branding, Web, Funnels)
- Before kickoff: 100% refund if we have not yet started the work.
- During execution: pro-rated refund according to completed phases (defined in the project contract).
- Project delivered: NOT refundable after approval of the final deliverable.
2.3 Ad spend
Important: ad spend paid directly to Meta, Google or TikTok is NOT refundable by Zytek. Those payments are made from your account to the platform and follow their own policies.
3. ZytekOS (SaaS Subscription)
3.1 14-day satisfaction guarantee
If you cancel your ZytekOS subscription within 14 days after your first purchase, we refund 100% of the payment. No questions, no conditions.
3.2 After 14 days
- Cancellation effective at the end of the current billing cycle
- NO refund for months already billed
- Your access remains active until the end of the cycle
- You can export your data before the end date
3.3 Plan change
You can change your plan (upgrade or downgrade) at any time. Upgrades apply immediately with pro-rated charge. Downgrades apply at the start of the next cycle.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund:
- Send an email to zytek@zytek.app
- Subject: “Refund - [your name]”
- Include: reason for refund, order or subscription number, original payment method
- We respond within 24-48 business hours
- Refund processing: 5-10 business days depending on payment method
5. Exceptions and exclusions
We do NOT process refunds in the following cases:
- Accounts with Terms of Service violations
- Complete services already delivered and approved
- Ad spend paid to third-party platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Payment processing fees (typically 3-5%, retained by the processor)
- Requests after 90 days of the original payment
6. Disputes and chargebacks
If you have a problem with a charge, contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback initiated without prior contact may result in immediate suspension of services.
7. Processing times by method
- Credit card: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Zelle: 1-3 business days
- USDT: 24-48 hours
- Wire / ACH: 5-10 business days
